Peter is a seasoned business advisor with nearly four decades of experience in Adelaide’s small business sector. Throughout his extensive career, he has successfully guided businesses from startup to full-scale operations, including enterprises with over 100 employees and annual revenues nearing $30 million.
In addition to his advisory work, Peter has owned and operated businesses in both the wholesale and microbusiness sectors, giving him valuable, hands-on insight into the day-to-day realities and long-term challenges faced by small business owners.
Today, Peter works directly with small and medium-sized business owners to develop and implement strategic and business plans with clearly defined milestones. He provides structured accountability to ensure effective execution. He also assists business owners in preparing for the future through the development of comprehensive exit and succession plans.
Peter holds an MBA, Business diplomas, a Diploma from The Institute of Advisors (IoA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), underscoring his expertise in strategic planning and corporate governance.
